Room for a Princess

Emily is really becoming interested in the world. She loves her mobile, which was actually mine. My mom saved it for her.

Emily has been in her room full time for a few weeks now. She has also been sleeping through the night for over a week. While I know these two facts are related, I lived in denial for a long time. I didn't want her so far away from us all night. John has been really nice limiting his "I told you so"s since, he had been suggesting we move her into her crib a while ago. Have a mentioned before that I will probably have to be sedated when she goes to kindergarden?

So the nursery is the final "3rd trimester" project that we are completing. (Grow baby to over 8 pounds was the other:) ). Sure it is a bit late, but it is really coming along! It was our office the day she was born so, we had a lot of work to do. Have you ever seen so much pink?
